Company Secretary, Newcastle, NSW

Our client is seeking an experienced Company Secretary. Your primary role will be to develop a high level of corporate governance, ensure compliance in accordance with legislative requirements and attend a small number of meetings. You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a corporate office environment.

Corporate Governance Advisor, Sydney, NSW

Our client is seeking a Sydney based Corporate Governance Advisor to join the team. You will be responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely company secretarial support to their client base. This is a varied role and you will be jointly responsible for providing support for Board meeting preparation, attendance at client company board meetings, ASIC/ACNC & ASX compliance and managing subsidiary company compliance and statutory registers including assisting with other regulatory requirements as required.
