Frank Bush FGIA FCIS receives Order of Australia (AM) in 2018 Queen’s Birthday Honours

Governance Institute Fellow and Life Member Frank Bush received an Order of Australia (AM) in the 2018 Queen’s Birthday Honours for significant services to business, particularly to improving standards of corporate governance.

‘On behalf of everyone associated with Governance Institute, I congratulate Frank on this milestone achievement’ said chief executive Steven Burrell, ‘He has been a tireless champion of good governance and a committed servant to both Governance Institute and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.’

Frank is the immediate past president of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) — the international professional body of which Governance Institute of Australia is a member.

He has been a Fellow of Governance Institute since 1994 and has served as a state council chair and on the Risk Audit & Finance Committee of Governance Institute. He was also president of the Australian Division of ICSA.
