Shareholder engagement in our listed companies was a key feature of the recently completed annual general meeting (AGM) season. 

While the last 12 months has seen a steady flow of shareholder meetings being requisitioned to replace company directors, one of the differentiating features of the recent AGM season was the requisitioning of resolutions relating to environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.
