New research from McKinsey & Company confirms that companies which are more gender and ethnically/culturally diverse are more likely to outperform financially.

The research, detailed in a new report titled Delivering through Diversity, found that gender diversity in leadership roles do matter. Indeed, companies in the top quartile for gender diversity on executive teams were 21 per cent more likely to outperform on profitability and 27 per cent more likely to have superior value creation.
